Project Title: Discovery of Natural Talent

Motivation / Background :

Many students are unable to look within themselves to understand their true strengths and interests. Instead, they search outside for a “brighter” career without realizing their inner potential. This becomes a major disadvantage as it leads them away from careers where they could naturally excel.

Problem:

Many students end up in jobs that do not match their natural talent or passion. Because of this mismatch, they feel disconnected, unmotivated, and unsatisfied in their roles. When their interests do not align with their work, they struggle to stay engaged and motivated. As a result:

• They cannot perform at their best
• Creativity and innovation decline
• Lack of ownership in responsibilities
• Slow personal growth
• Reduced productivity and quality of work

This not only affects the individual but also impacts the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Project Idea / Vision

Most students have the talent and potential to achieve great things — they just need the right support and a suitable team to bring their vision and mission to life. Many young individuals possess unique ideas, creativity, and the drive to make a difference. However, without the right environment, mentorship, or team to collaborate with, their potential often goes untapped.

What they truly need is a platform where their passion is understood, their strengths are recognized, and they are surrounded by like-minded people who share their goals. That’s exactly where I want to contribute — by supporting these talented students, helping them discover the right people and opportunities, and enabling them to turn their ideas into meaningful action.

Project Example

Project Title: Green Classrooms for Rural Schools

Motivation / Background:

As someone who grew up in a village, I’ve seen how students are often disconnected from nature and lack basic environmental awareness. I believe early education can help build a more sustainable mindset.

Problem:

Many rural schools don’t have gardens or green spaces, and environmental education is mostly theoretical. Children rarely get opportunities to experience nature practically.

Project Idea / Vision:

The idea is to help 3–5 rural schools create small “green classrooms” using recycled materials—growing plants, composting organic waste, and learning through hands-on activities. The project also includes training teachers to integrate environmental topics with practical tasks.

How Others Can Help:

Support from individuals interested in gardening, education, or creating learning materials is welcome. Volunteers can also visit schools or help connect the project with NGOs for broader impact.

I have experience in setting up kitchen gardens and can design simple eco-activity kits to support environmental learning.
